Something//Something// is a collaborative journal created by students at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Each person designed and wrote about a subject of their choosing. The journal was released at a pop-up bookshop at the School of Design’s Year End Show. All proceeds went to various organizations, from immigrant relief efforts to the Chicago Period Project. The goal of the journal was to show the diverse voices and styles of those who participated. Something//Something// was a way to create something loud and different.
